Many of the bulbs have never been installed, some have just for testing. No set of bulbs appears to have any long term use. 

Please note the following:

• serial numbers may not match packaging 
• boxes all have been opened
• Some bulbs may installed, some have marks on bases
• return wires may not be fully straight, easily fixed. Return wire protector sleeve may be cracked. No effect on bulb performance or function
• packaging may be damaged
• no warranty
• Returnable only if they arrive DOA
